Leonard Cheshire Disability supports thousands of disabled people in the UK and works in more than 50 countries. Our campaigns and services improve opportunities for disabled people and support them to pursue their goals and to live full lives. The money you raise will help us to continue to do this in a multitude of ways.

It could pay for a series of craft sessions to help improve a disabled person's manual dexterity, or fund a minibus to allow a group of disabled people to go on an outing together. One team in the 2011 Brighton marathon helped to buy a special hoist for their local service - allowing disabled young adults to watch television together from the comfort of the sofa rather than their wheelchairs.
