Supported Living
Working in partnership with registered social landlords we can provide a wide variety of supported living options for young people and other disabled people in transition.Care Homes
Many of our Care Homes have a specialist focus on the needs of young people. Many are also registered as care homes with nursing, enabling us to support people with the very highest level of personal care needs. In addition, these services also provide specialist short term placements for around 2 to 3 years, for people who require a registered environment as the first step in the transition process toward a more independent lifestyle.Short Break and Respite services
Most of our services can provide the option of short break support, which can be particularly helpful in managing a smooth transition process.Getting in touch
