Our commitment to the individual
The needs and aspirations of the people who use our services are at the heart of all that we do. We are committed to maximising personal choice and independence, and supporting each individual to draw up their own Individual Service Plan so that physical, emotional, social and personal development needs are met in a truly person-centred way. We are fully behind the personalisation agenda and the move to self directed support. Reflecting these changes, our services are increasingly being purchased directly by disabled people looking for responsive, high quality services flexible enough to meet their individual needs.A broad spectrum of services
